The story of Quality Exteriors began in 1982 when Michael (Mike) Makdad established the company by seizing opportunities and applying hard work to achieve his goals. With a high school education and no valid driver’s license that any viable business would need to succeed, Mike sought out his most trusted friends to set up shop at the age of 24. He had 7 years of experience in the roofing trade when his team started a journey to build a new business.

Mikes integrity, honesty, and exceptional workmanship was recognized by several larger local contractors. Developers Ernie Davidson of Kent Construction, Loyola Federal “The Meadows”, and Simpler Lumber Company gave this small company a chance to expand. Mike embraced these opportunities and through much hard work and determination to succeed Quality Exteriors Inc. quickly grew. After serving the community for over 35 years, Mikes goal to ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship remains as it did in the beginning. After Michaels passing in December of 2020, his wishes were for the company to grow through future generations. Today, Jason Stallings (president), Michael's daughters Michelle Thompson, Megan Stallings and Jessica Raughley continue his legacy of quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and dependability.
